All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, toll charges, permit costs, and other variable factors. A formal booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of the quoted price and terms.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and operate under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, our liability is limited to the terms agreed in individual service contracts. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, road closures, or regulatory restrictions.
