HiAb Crane Industrial Lift

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Challenge

An industrial processing facility needed large ductwork and equipment components lifted and positioned at height on their site. The equipment was heavy and awkwardly shaped, requiring a crane with sufficient reach and capacity to safely manoeuvre the pieces into position among existing plant infrastructure.

Our Solution

We deployed our Palfinger PK135 HiAb crane truck to the site. The PK135's 20-tonne lifting capacity and extended boom reach allowed us to lift the ductwork and equipment components from ground level and position them at height on the processing plant structure. Our experienced operators managed the lifts around existing equipment, pipework, and structures on the live industrial site.

The Result

All equipment components were lifted and placed in their required positions safely and on schedule. The HiAb truck's ability to self-deploy on site without requiring additional crane hire gave the client a faster, more cost-effective installation. The Kirwan Haulage team completed the work without any disruption to the facility's ongoing operations.
